How to Setup for Online Coaching & Connecting for a session
I work to create the right environment for the coaching experience and I am asking clients to do the same. My hope is that even though we are using a digital tool to do coaching, we can still create a real and meaningful connection.
On my side, I am in a confidential environment with a large TV as my screen and an HD camera at a distance so that you will be able to see me as if I am sitting across from you.
What I ask of clients to create a good online coaching experience is:
If you have any questions or need help setting up your side of our online connection, I am more than willing to help, please feel free to contact me.

What I ask of clients to create a good online coaching experience is:
- Create a confidential space where you will feel free to talk openly.
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Have a computer that can be connected to a large screen.
- Use a large TV or the largest screen that you can connect your computer to. Laptops screens are small and not the best, but can be used if necessary.
- Use an HD or other high-quality webcam with microphone. If your webcam doesn’t have a microphone please get a separate microphone so that you can be heard. (Please make sure the camera you get is compatible with your computer system)
- Connect speakers to your computer that are loud enough that you can hear me easily.
- Position the webcam on top of the screen and sit at a distance so that I can see you as if you are sitting across from me.
